I am preparing a new flower and shrub garden bed in Charlotte, NC red clay. I have read info on using permatill to mix into to the soil w/ compost. Does anyone have an opinion on the benefits of using permatill? |

The Dirt Doctor recommends expanded shale: http://www.dirtdoctor.com/organic/garde ... n/id/1171/ PermaTill appears to be similar in its manufacturing process. We will contact the company to get samples and report back after we research it. |
