Howdy to all on this message board,

I just joined the Ground Crew on Thursday, 3 Mar 05, but my wife and I have been listening to the Dirt Doctor (sometimes I accidentally refer to him as Doctor Dirt - :P ) for about four months now.

Originally, I hail from northern California, but have lived in TX (Richardson) since 1979 - I was 6 then. My wife (almost 5 yrs now) and I just bought 10 acres in Lone Oak, TX, so that is my new place for all my stuff. :D

I have been into natural and organic thinking since I was born due to my father (I think he had a hidden desire to be a farmer because 2/3 of our backyard was a garden), so a lot of this stuff is familiar to me such as composting and eating fresh - not chemcalized - vegetables, just not so technically accurate. I want to make my new place all natural and back to basics, so to speak.

Happy to have found you guys and happy to be part of it all now.

Dean
