For recipes, search on this website for "Garrett Juice". You will find a few good recipes for various things.
To get the products you need, check the organic business directory to find one close to you.

Where are you and what are the conditions around the camelias?
If you are in sandy soil you are in better shape. If you're in clay soil your plants are probably suffering from compaction at their feet and suffocation caused by tight soil and/or too much water. The sick tree treatment on this site will probably help very quickly. It consists of aeration, compost, lava sand and a few other things. The system works together to loosen the soil around the plant's roots and allow it to take in nutrients properly to restore its health and immune system.

The company who gave you the chemical spray probably gave you something just to kill the scale; if that's the case, you are still left with the core problem which is a plant in stress. Figure out the cause(s) of the stress and adress them to get your plants well. And don't use those sprays anymore...they will make YOU sick!

Having sprayed with synthetic chemicals, your concern is quite valid. Have you tried spraying a liquid seaweed solution or Garrett Juice? What are the existing soil conditions? What kind of bushes/trees/plants are you referring to?
