Post subject:  Low-growing juniper

I would very much appreciate any information concerning transplanting and caring for a low-growing (about 18" high) juniper. My question is... if the foliage turns brown will it ever be green again. It appears to have life in the branches, but is brown. I need to either leave it alone or dig it up and try another one. I am assuming this would be the time to try to fix my problem. Please, someone help me...

First of all - where are you? The low junipers don't like it so much here in Texas. Brown foliage won't come back. The Sick Tree Treatment will turn stressed plants around.

Dirt Doctor...
Thank you Sooo much for responding. I live in Colleyville. We changed to organic when we moved here in 2002. The yard and landscaping needed a lot of work. There were 2 extremely large thorned hollies on either side of the walk to the front door that faces south blocking the walk. We wanted 2 low growing plants instead so we tried the juniper. One side looks great, but by mistake we planted a different species on the other side, moved it (doing fine) and transplanted one of the 3 small junipers (had planted 3 as a cluster) to take its place. It looked fine for awhile, now it's brown. Do we try moving another one across the walk (if so when) or should we start over? Your suggestions are deeply appreciated...
