I own a lawn care buisiness and i've implemented our fertilization program
all organically. Bradfield, Corn-gluten Aggrand(fish-emulsion) mushroom stuff. no Chemicals whatsoever.

HOw can a person control dandelions on a yard that I haven't been able to get to it with corn-gluten when i needed to?

Using 10 or 20% vinegar on them directly will shrivel them up in no time. A pump up sprayer or hand-held spray bottle is all you need, but whatever you use, make sure you minimize spraying the surrounding turf or it too will brown. St. Augustine will usually bounce back very quickly from overspray.

The biggest thing you could probably do to help your customers is educate them as much as you can about organic lawn maintenance principles. Specifically that it's not necessarily in the best interests for your soil's health to eliminate every single variety of "weed" in the lawn. Certainly that's a tough line to sell for the vast majority of homeowners you're likely to come across, but that's what I'd try to do in your shoes where possible.

How tall is the grass in the dandelion turf? I'm thinking it is bermuda or another grass that might be mowed too low. Tall St Augustine, or other grasses, rarely let the dandelions in.

The WeedHound weed plucker will pick the dandelions out as fast as you can step on them. They are selling like hotcakes at Tarjay, Wallyworld, and the big box stores.
