Post subject:  goat milk

I read the post on milk in the compose pile... I don't have one of those yet, but I am getting ready to start the kidding season and always have amounts of goat milk that either didn't get stored properly or the goat really stepped in the bucket and the milker couldn't get her foot out...one milker is seven... can that milk actually be good for say the flower beds... or a place in the yard?? As a protein source for the microbes, yes. Unfortunately there is considerable fat in it that might get rancid before the microbes can consume the fat molecules. I would compost it to contain the smells and then use the compost.
