Has anybody tried brewing tea in your cloning machine while rooting some plants? I've got some plants that have started to root in my home made bucket cloner and I thought why not brew some tea at the same time. I know that the tea is only good for a couple days but now that I see some roots would it speed them along some?

Had to look up "cloning machine" to see what you were talking about. Google image search results.

I'd hazard a guess that most of the Dirt Doctor members are old-fashioned, gardening in soil, raised beds, pots of soil, etc. It'll be interesting to see what response you get.

Kinda new to hydroponics myself. I am starting with an "Ice" plant (Lampranthus). I would like to clone some Sour Cherry cuttings from a shrub in my yard. Just going to see if I can really accomplish getting something to root.

I have several raised beds where I've got Asparagas, Raspberries, Blackberries, Honeyberries, Huckleberries, Blueberries, and Gooseberries planted. I've air layered some Gooseberries this fall and hope to see them "root" over this winter. Just started to use compost tea on my beds, will see if I get a noticeble improvement next year. My native soil isn't all tht geat so I built some raised beds and my berry patch relly took off to my surprise.
