I spayed a garden area with 20% vinegar to kill off some small weeds. I am wondering if the soil will be too acid now to plant in. Anybody have an idea?

No. Spraying a little foliar vinegar has no effect on the soil at all. Even dumping gallons and gallons will have no long lasting effect. Our soils west of I-35 are hopelessly alkaline.
