We have three to four 4-5ft roses (Belinda's Dream and another tea rose) that were not pruned in Feb like they should have.
They badly need pruning back.
They are growing fine, blooming etc, but the weight is becoming too much.
Any advice ?

Wait till the major blooming has tapered off and go ahead and prune back to shape the plants. Roses are much more forgiving than most folks think.
