Anyone happen to be able to ID this little guy? I am wondering if he is a little baby lady bug (hoping actually) but I am unsure. Picture attached!

I agree. I think they are baby stink bugs. That is the closest thing I could ID them too...

Now I need to figure out how to get rid of them.

It looks like the nymph stage of something. Could even be a baby roach.

Stink bugs (from the Fort Bend Count Master Gardener page).

young harliquen bug would be my guess. is it on kale , broccoli, turnips etc?

I think the harliquen bug id is correct! Started seeing big ones recently on my broccoli (which of course is not the right time to still have it in the garden). They are not bad so I am just picking them off as I see them.
