I am in the process of building a new home and am interested if there is anything that should be done during construction in regards to pest control.

What should be put below the foundation or around the house to protect against termintes, spiders, etc. that might have plans on living with me!?

Should anything be put down in the yard to discourage insects before the grass is put down?

When I built my office in the garage I dusted boric acid heavily under the floor and inside the walls before installing the insullation. It seems to be working well in a garage full of spiders and cockroaches I have none in my office.

The link http://www.Ridall.biz has great information (like the previous post by Dchall_San_Antonio) and more.
It is always good to have testimonials. Thank you Mr. Hall!
