How do you organically kill centipede grass in zoysia lawn? Thank you.

The trick is to plant your main lawn grass thicker every year.
Plant new main grass seeds every year, of your favorite lawn grass.
Keep your lawn thick and keep your soil amended with lots of either mature compost or protein fertilizers and dry molasses.

The thick lawn grass will eventually choke out the weeds and unwanted grass.

Thank you. I will throw more seed out along with soil amendments and molasis. However, the centipede grass is aggressive where as the zoysia is slow growing. I understand that centipede does not like a lot of fertilization (nitrogen)? So the above treatments might help.

I noticed MSMA would be harmful to St. Augustine and Centipede but I do not what to use chemicals here...at least no yet. I am organic and want to stay that way.

Any other suggestion to kill Centipede would be appreciated.
Thanks again.
