My sweet corn is 6' high and starting to tassel. I should have fruit by the 1st or 2nd week in June. In the past I have had to share my crop with the corn worms that usually eat the 1st 2" of the fruit. I would like to avoid that this year. I don't want to individually inject BT into the end of each ear of corn. Any other ideas?

My corn is doing very well this year. I use a drop or two of mineral oil when the silk first appears. It isn't that hard unless you have alot

I ended up squirting a couple of squirts of liquid BT into the tassels. We will see how it works. Next year I may try the mineral oil.
