I have an abundance of Pill Bugs and they are devouring my Hostas.

Anything organic I can use to control them?

Even better... anything organic I can use that doesn't hurt beneficials?

Even even better.... anything that won't hurt cats and dogs too?

(a girl can dream :D )

I would suggest buying pecan shell mulch (very sharp) and put it all around your hostas.

Are you fully organic? Is there anything you might have used in the past year or so that would chase away toads, lizards, geckos, and/or birds? I found that once I quit using all chemicals, my animal predators came back and took care of my insect infestations. I no longer have snails or slugs, either.
