I have an area in my yard that is covered with live oaks and cedar. I cleared out the cedar and am looking for good plants and shrubs that will thrive in the shady area. It is heavily covered with old leaves, dead branches and rock we are in the northern part of san antonio with lots of limestone. I want to keep it kind of 'wild' and if possible add deer resistant native plants. Any Ideas?
