bark is peeling fom pecan trees. these trees are just now starting to bud. i saw on another post that the problem might be stress from drought, however we have had a great winter and spring here in central texas. i noticed this problem yesterday and i pulled some of bark back. i did find two little spiders. they are very small with bright red tails another thing i noticed is. these trees have a lot of moss on them, these trees are only about 10 years old. thanks for any help. deeanna
