I have a lot next to my house, 50 feet wide, oriented north to south, being about 150 feet (north to south). Want to plant a garden, the lot has partial sun in the morning and evening, then full sun from about 8:30-5 or so, good soil. Need to know what will grow well in this environment, as far as edible garden goodies.

If you get full sun from 8:30-5p I would call that a full sun garden. You can grow basically anything you want. Any herb would do well in that environment as well as tomatoes; peppers etc.

You have to decide what you want, that's all.
