I had a really bad infestation of weeds on my bermuda grass this Spring. I had applied 20% vinegar to kill it, but it came back with a vengeance. Finally had to use commercial chemicals to get rid of it (& the grass too). I applied new bermuda lawn seeds & the new grass is sprouting, but the blade is a lot thicker than the 'normal' bermuda blade. Do you knowledgeable folks think this is a type of weed & not bermuda grass? I live in Plano & had applied CGM in Feb, but it did not prevent the weeds from coming....

I live in Plano too. Do you think what is growing might be crabgrass? I started an organic program about a year ago...mostly just applying CGM and organic fertilizer ( I am sure there are alot of other amendments that I should be applying, but haven't had the time.) I have more weeds than ever...most of which I cannot identify.
