Search this forum (link at top of this page) for compost, etc. & you will find tons of info. on this subject. It might be too dry/wet, you're turning it too often, no sugars to fire it up, etc.,etc.

I don't have any actual experience with the tumbler so I can't add anything. There are people on this forum that use or have used them; hopefully someone will respond.

I had one and had that same problem,the cure was to fill that sucker up as much as you can,there should be no empty spaces in there,water every 4-5 days for about 5 minutes and turn4-5 times each day and that should do it.
